School Year Calendar

Classes begin on September 12, 2026 and end on June 5, 2027.
There are no classes on these off weekends:
● Thanksgiving weekend
● Christmas / New Year's break
● Easter weekend
● Memorial Day weekend
Student Tuition

● Preschool (ages 3 & 4) — $1,155
● 1 student — $870.00
● 2 students — $1,440.00
● 3 students — $1,800.00
● 4 or more students — $1,800.00
School Volunteer Deposit

A $150 volunteer deposit is collected from each family at the beginning of the school year. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the school year once the volunteer requirement has been completed.
Volunteer support is essential to the successful operation of our school. Parents help with hallway monitoring, school events, and fundraising activities throughout the year.
Families may fulfill their volunteer requirement in one of the following ways:
● Complete 3 hallway monitoring shifts, or
● Complete 10 volunteer hours assisting with school events and fundraisers, or
● Complete a combination of both options.
Hallway monitoring is especially important, as it helps ensure the safety and supervision of our students during class transitions, breaks, and dismissal times. Parent volunteers play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all children.
Installment Payment

Tuition may be divided into 3 installments:
● 1st installment — due on the first day of school
● 2nd installment — due by 11/30/2026
● 3rd installment — due by 01/31/2027
Invoice

After you submit this form, you will receive an invoice by email from Intuit (QuickBooks). This is not sent automatically, so it may take a few days for our admin staff to generate and send it.
Registration & Payment

Registration is not considered complete until payment in full, or the 1st installment, has been received.
Refund Policy

Tuition is non-refundable, except in special circumstances. In those cases, the decision will be left to the Board of Directors.
Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for certain cases. As a non-profit organization that relies on donations, we reserve the right to request documentation to verify income when a family applies for assistance. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis by the Board of Directors.
